Code of Conduct

We know that all who come to HamEXPO want to build up and support the amateur radio community. We want everyone who comes to HamEXPO! to have a great time and to come back to the next event. With that in mind, this code of conduct outlines behavior we expect from all who attend, act as vendors, or volunteer. Our code of conduct is summed up like this:

Don't harass anyone or persist in obnoxious activity.

HamEXPO! staff reserve the right to expel any vendor or attendee from the EXPO! grounds for violating this Code of Conduct without a refund. Violations of state or local laws will be reported to the authorities.

Examples of harassment include verbal threats or demands, public display of inappropriate images, loud audible sounds or messages in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, and unwanted photography or recording.

We expect all participants—attendees, vendors, and volunteers—to follow the Code of Conduct during the conference. This includes conference-related online communities and social media. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Attendees or vendors violating this Code of Conduct may be expelled from the event without a refund, and/or banned from future events, at the discretion of the HamEXPO! staff.

Please bring any concerns to the immediate attention of the event staff or email Myron directly. We thank each and every one of you for your help in keeping the event welcoming, respectful, and friendly for everyone.
